SHIPPING INFO

All masks are currently made to order. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed. Please note that the 5-7 days processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time.. We do not ship on Sunday's or holidays. Any orders that are made over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. No expedites are currently available.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses and to select international countries. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

If your shipment is scheduled to be shipped on one of these dates, it will be shipped on the following business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once a your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the United States Postal Service’s website. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom left of the email. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time your shipping label is generated to when it shows movement on the package.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, Taylor & Ford Co. does not ship to international destinations. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY/STORE CREDIT

At this time, Taylor & Ford Co. does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue store credit.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777  to file a Claim for the missing shipment.

MADE TO ORDER

Most of our pieces are made to order, please allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS for processing BEFORE the item is shipped (we do not ship on Sundays or holidays). For example, if you order a mask,  it will take anywhere between 1-2 days to process, and then your items will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Any orders that are purchased over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. If you have any questions please email taylorandfordco@gmail.com

PRE-ORDER

Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' require a longer processing time and are shipped at a later date than usual. Shipping dates are stated in the product description and may vary between items. Orders that include both Pre-Order and non Pre-Order items will be shipped at the same time, unless other arrangements are made. Pre-Order purchases CANNOT be cancelled.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our customer service office hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Central Standard Time. We're closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Any calls, emails or messages received outside of operating hours will receive a response the following business day.

 

CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER

Please email us immediately at taylorandfordco@gmail.com after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. Pre-Order purchases CANNOT be cancelled.

SALE PRICE POLICY

The price shown on the website at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments. Also note that All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE. No Returns or Exchanges.

PROMO CODES

On the checkout page, you may enter valid promo codes. Taylor & Ford Co. promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Review section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Additionally current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases.

 

UNAVAILABLE SIZES

When a certain size or color option does not show up in the drop down menu, it means that we are sold out of that specific selection. We pride ourselves on keeping everything fresh by producing new items often. We construct limited quantities of every item so after the product is sold out we will generally not reproduce it. If you do not see the size you are looking for at this time, please check back frequently or email us at taylorandfordco@gmail.com

 

DAMAGES

Taylor & Ford Co. inspects all items prior to shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your merchandise so that we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Taylor & Ford Co. masks are constructed from 100% cotton fabric. Each mask is reusable and hand washes with warm water and soap for sterilization. Hang dry. Due to the triple layer design, each mask holds it shape very well both before and after washing and drying.
